We retain our own Quantity Surveyor, ensuring transparency of cost and upon agreement, an architect is instructed prior to breaking ground.

We only use responsibly sourced materials, products and labour. Our wood is cut at local sawmills from sustainable timber, ensuring that what is taken out is put back in. Insulation products are either wood or wool fibre and therefore chemical and petroleum free. Plasterboard is made from recycled material (paper, gypsum and water), bonded under pressure without additional glues. Concrete, where possible, is also recycled or repurposed.
